JPedal is a Java PDF library written to solve many of the problems Developers have when working with PDF files in Java such as creating thumbnails or high resolution image bitmaps of pages, viewing PDF files, printing of PDF files, Text extraction and search. It also includes numerous small utilities to access metadata and PDF properties, get a page count, read and write Annotations and Forms data.
