Job Adder is a great system that is constantly striving to be better than it was yesterday. The support team are quick to respond even in NZ timezone timeframes.The only con is the interface for my website wasn't customizable enough to fit the style.

It's really easy to figure out yourself.It's missing a bunch of features ex. Integrating requisition profiles with candidates profiles. From the reporting side, if I add notes regarding my candidate from the requisition page, they won't be shown in my candidate's profile and won't show up in the reports either.

Cheaper than others for 2 users or less.No Automation Byzantine UI - Poor UX Integrations not available in some servers Aircall integration does not work Slow, time add up when used intensively Poor knowledge base Poor reporting features.
