Average - rated users

Bot protection was decent. They kept out a decent chunk of bots.Support became so bad we had to quit using them. The tools for configuring custom rules were very limited. Reporting was also quite limited in comparison with competitors.

Nothing. We were so happy to leave distil.It blocked everything and would prevent our customers from accessing shopping cart pages. Asking them to enter captchas to access the pages. Our customers would call in saying how frustrated they were with getting the errors. We lost more sales because of distil.
