Ability to quickly run reports and see who is signed up for opportunities, ability to limit the number of people who can sign up for an opportunity, ability to give people differing levels of back end access, automated reminders and thank yous for volunteers.Calendar function doesn't always work as it should, difficult to create customized ways for people to look up and sign up for opportunities, multi-step sign up process is a hindrance to certain volunteers.
