It helps field service teams streamline their workflow by adding multiple markers for each issue and tracking tasks. Users can add markers by tapping on the address or geo-coordinates and can also share the geo-coordinates with customers on the JSM portal. The Map Gadget lets teams view all added markers on the Gadget for Jira Dashboard, and data can be filtered or selected by project. The feature is also available for Jira Mobile apps, enabling users to view markers on all types of Jira mobile applications.
