Ability to be used as an extension within the other document curation tools like Chalk and all within the browser. Nicely organized set of really good and relevant pre-defined components that really helps quickly drawing an idea into a diagram. At times, the components become a little bit shaky that they do not behave exactly as they should. Some times memory consumptions becomes a little too heavy for a browser to handle especially for large diagrams.

The option from the left panel to add more shapes. Expand and collapse of the left panel is great feature. Resource option which is there in the bottom right corner also a good feature. The connector tool has a wired behavior some times. Free/trial version if they can share all the features or more features, users can check it out and evaluate the product if they can use it or not, instead of go for a paid version to check all the features.
