Users found Gatemaster fairly easy to use once the POS was set up, but had difficulty pulling reports and changing POS screen buttons. Creating multiple function buttons was also challenging. Some users found Gatemaster to be expensive and hard to use, with poor customer service. However, the touch screen and easy access helped streamline POS sales and make it easier for staff to be trained.
