Very easy to use Great video tutorials when you need help Easy to set up Great functionality and ability to incorporate Live and Silent Auction items.It is expensive. Our event is a Gala Dinner to raise funds for the young people we support, and the Galabid bill is always the biggest bill for us. I am able to get discounts and free donations for everything else.

The automatic invoicing feature on the site save me HOURS of work. I love that I didn't have to worry about adding items up for guests and can easily send payment reminders. I also loved that guests had to put in their payment info before bidding. So helpful!.The only downside is that I still have a few people who have not paid, which really isn't the platform's fault unless emailed invoices are going to spam. I'd love the ability to "flag" guests from not participating in the future if they go unpaid.
