The platform is intuitive and customizable. The system is quick and has everything needed to run a firm. The project management team is professional, prompt, and helpful. They have gone above and beyond expectations and provided amazing customer service.A 'batch' time entry option for cases would be helpful.

Easy to use and intuitive. The link to WestlawNext and Doc & Form Builder is helpful. The Deadline Assistant integration is helpful as well.The price is not worth it as all the programs can be used separately. It requires a contractual commitment and can be expensive when adding users. It doesn't work on Outlook running in Terminal Server (RDP), and it's wonky even on the desktop. The add-ins do not work with Outlook for Mac. There's no way to export matters or transfer them to an associate who is leaving the firm. It requires a lot of hassle to move an associate from your firm to another one. There is no way to mass-close multiple matters at once.
