  Easy to learn/teach, very user friendly. The online storefront option is great, we love the fact it can be used so that customers can order online but also serves as a perfect online catalog! The whole system is priced very reasonably for all the features that are offered compared to some of the others in the industry.More customization for the quotes/invoices templates. Would like to see different storefront layouts available.

  Helped us out with most billing and rental issues.Tech support fell flat on their face when it came to solving a very minor issue that was preventing us from full implementation. We gave them four months, no solution, so we terminated our account.

  I like the autosave feature the best! This feature is critical when you are in a rush to get your client's proposal out fast. While working on other production company's order systems in the past, you could or would lose critical information if you forgot to click save or had connectivity issues.I think the search function can be more simplified. I know this can be rectified by inputting proper inventory, but I feel the process could be just a touch easier. Also, a floating search function while scrolling would be awesome - instead of having to scroll back up to the top of the order to input.
