Fully integrated, we use all modules including POS terminals. Easy to train new Operators on Ezee Res and POS terminals.Limited 3rd party peripheral integrations, but improving all the time. The POS GUI could be improved. It's clunky, but robust.

Low - rated users
Nothing.Can't add inventory to back-end software on our own. Insufficient training for our staff. Technical team and customer service are different, so while we speak to one, the other also has to be spoken to - what a waste of time! No online chat support. The software is very poorly designed and does not match the caliber of our website design, it looks rather like a beta version of a college project.
