  The EverythingBenefits software integrates with our Kronos system, which makes it very easy for both us and our clients to use. It streamlines the benefit process for our clients and saves everyone a lot of time.The testing process for some feeds can be lengthy, but this is not really at any fault of EverythingBenefits.

  We have been using EverythingBenefits for about a year now for our EDI feeds. It has made a world of difference to have those set up and to be able to rely on someone else to do the technical aspect of the setup and allow us to worry about the data accuracy.The website is a little outdated which can make finding what I need a little tricky.

  EverythingBenefits has really helped make my job easier and keeps me assured that our clients' benefit information is being sent to their carriers without fail each week. They are very helpful with any questions I have and will do their best to assist me in resolving any errors or discrepancies as soon as possible. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly team that is always happy to assist, and their management is amazing!.Sometimes emails aren't answered right away, which is normal for any business, given that they have many clients they are working with. However, if something is urgent and you give them a call, they will almost always answer right away.
