  Certify gave me the ability to keep track of where I went and why I was going there. It helped me prove an error had occurred and I was owed a few hundred dollars.I still found myself getting confused when it came to determining whether I needed to create an 'expense' or a 'receipt'.

  It was easy to understand and the weekly reminders were helpful in not forgetting to code and submit my reports for accounting. It made attaching receipts and documenting my purchases on my corporate card easier than having to maintain all of those receipts myself. It felt more secure than the old way.The process to get my receipts matched to transactions was needlessly bulky. Often times the date that Certify showed vs. the date on the actual receipt were different and I would have to write them down and then go update the dates on the receipts to match what Certify said.

  This seemed like an effective and easy to use expense tracking software.The sales contact assured us that Certify would bring in credit card transactions from our company credit card, but it does not work with Capital One cards or several other major banks. They wasted 2 months of my time and refused to refund the implementation cost.
