Email Tracking is a Zendesk add-on that allows checking if and when one's emails were opened. The plugin automatically assigns tags and updates custom fields in tickets that were opened. As a result, users can create identify tickets that need a follow-up in a matter of seconds.
Email Trackings adds a ticket sidebar with the timeline of ticket opens, including the device from which it was read. Users can set real-time notifications and automatic follow-ups for unopened tickets. The statistics page allows analyzing the performance of specific agents/groups, and even macros or triggers.
The app is also GDPR and CCPA compliant.
