Edficiency was designed with our exact use case in mind and every concern we had already had a feature designed to take care of it. The support team is outstanding and immediately understood our own vision for its implementation.The graphic design of the software is dated and there have been severe performance issues during high usage times. Additionally, there are some quirks such as changes not being reflected until users log out and log back in.
