Ecosero fulfills all my requirements for a video conferencing platform, including a high-quality calendar and management system, consistent streaming and sound quality, and various customer access options via phone or other digital devices. Most importantly, I value the security and highly qualified support that is responsive even on weekends. Additional requests, such as a plugin for another software, are promptly fulfilled.It takes some time to get used to all the features, but the operation is intuitive once you do. The user management could be more user-friendly. Uploading and downloading via .csv or similar formats could be improved.
