The workflow builder in DASH is absolutely amazing. It gives you the ability to define workflows by division and type of work. Not only does the system prompt the user to complete an item, but it literally takes you to the place in the system where you need to perform the task. For example, if you need to upload a Work Authorization, it will pull of the document for the customer to sign, or if you need to upload some photos, it will take you to the appropriate album where the photos should be saved. The user interface is out-dated and you cannot save custom views or filters on any of the grids within the program.

Easy to upload and share files. Simple and easily accessible desktop view. Clear thumbnail view of images and selecting multiple files. Adaptable homepage is nice to add some basic brand customisation.Search - you have to delete your last search or restart Dash before clicking on the new thing which is confusing and would work better if it worked the opposite way - click on the folder, then search the word within folder. Resets when you click another folder. Mobile use is awful due to UI design but necessary for use with social media. It needs the ability to drag files between folders or cut/paste rather than trying to find the folder under edit which is time consuming. It would be great if we could hold different file types on the same link. TIFFs for high res and jpeg/png for low res.

The Sales teams is definitely proficient in sales. They can sell!!! I like mostly that everything is in one program. The program links with Quickbooks and Xactimate, allowing you to see all in one program. The mobile app is great in the sense that employees are able to access any jobs, dates , phone numbers etc.. Also, when you call a through the app it automatically prompts the user to leave a note , and records it to the job file. The app has the capability tracking your equipment and drying records. If you have an abundance of employees and time, Dry Track is a Great idea, it tracks your drying , your equipment, lets your employees know how much equipment is needed for each room. The Accounting tab is wonderful it allows the user to check the the status of the jobs and where the budget is. It links with date trackers and lets you know how long before a lien is due. It has work order and invoice inputs and many additional features. They use a lot of real estate on your screen. The lists do not expand, you can view 50 items at a time, but must scroll through a small view window. The Calendar/Schedule is absolutely useless. The bought out Client Runner which had an extremely good calendar, however, they have not utilized it. The Mobile App is hit or miss when it comes to photos. My techs are always complaining about the time it takes to upload and use the app. Also, you have the option to have it ask prior to going offline, but it never does. You find out later when you cannot upload anything. Then everything you entered is lost to turn it back to the online setting. Dry Track can only be used from the app. This adds 2-3 hours min to set up and 1-2 to maintain readings. It is a headache to enter all the info from a phone or tablet. It would be easier to send the info to the office and have a person enter it on the desktop, but you can't do that, therefore most smaller companies cant afford to utilize the feature. It has an great equip. inventory tracking program, but again it has to be entered from the the field not allowing the techs to complete the emergency service that is needed. Smaller companies cant afford 1or2 employees just entering Dry Track and Equip. The document builder is great, however, it only allows for 2 customer signatures and 2 initials. Reports builder has lots of options but are missing some pretty important items such as the Date liens need to be placed. I can go on and on!.
