OUTSTANDING customer support, organization of case information, pre-written templates for report writing, Delvepoint integration, customization, and so much more.The only con is that I didn't find CROSStrax sooner. Oh and Quickbooks integration is only for QB Online.

TONS of features, many which are not needed for the smaller companies and agencies. Great reporting on many different areas of the business. Customization is great as well.Many items that are not needed for smaller businesses and time consuming to get everything up and running. Having more templates would be great.
