Customers complain about the complicated and old-fashioned layout of ContinuLink. The customer service is not helpful and only goes through submittal of tickets online. The software is not suitable for small agencies and does not work with Mac or any other browser than Explorer. It creates invoicing problems and does not do its job for small users.
