                    👍High - rated usersI like that I have SMS and phone at my disposal, and it's pretty quick. We do sales where we also have to be on top of our messages - since I have it downloaded on my phone, even if I'm at a grocery shop or something, I can answer. For remote work, that's a huge perk. It has all the tools that I need connected to my CRM. Since I do full sales cycles and cold calling, it is also great to have a function where I can make multiple calls back to back. Keeps it gamified. I also love that it has a very soft design so it is not hard on the eyes and feels modern.I wish my dashboard had better visibility but that might be something for my manager to review.

They are not commited to problem solving, and give standard responses that in the end, does not get the issue resolved. I do not recommend this product.
