The support staff is very helpful and willing to collaborate. The selection process for hiring is easy and saves time in filtering candidates and their skills.There is no live interview feature. It cannot be linked to other databases and candidates cannot be filtered within the same category based on their punctuation.

The portal has a modern design approach. It is priced decently and remains focused on compliance. The onboarding side is better than their ATS.Additional user seats and data migration are expensive. Changes to the format, questions, dispositions, stages, etc. are not easy. Controls are pretty, but not intuitive. They are not GoogleforJobs compliant. Their mobile optimization is horrible and frequently has issues. Their ATS is glitchy.

ClearCompany's Talent platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Workflows, navigation, and integration support(s) have been well designed and implemented.The direction for setup of the new, enhanced platform was a little hard to understand at first. Drag and drop features to bring applicants into new requisitions are desired.
