CiraSync offers a service that syncs the GAL to the user's People list with ease and cost effectiveness.The only con is that it's not free, but the ability to purchase licenses at a prorated rate has been fixed.

CiraSync provides certain capabilities that are lacking natively within Microsoft.CiraSync requires full global admin rights on the domain to perform the impersonation function needed for this to work, which does not pass our Cyber Security requirements.

The user is able to access their institution's Outlook calendar on their phone.The program only allows the user to view one Outlook calendar at a time, there is no option to scroll through several days at once, and it does not sync with their personal Google calendar.
