Customers like that they can send messages by text to many people at one time and that they can look up the information they need in one place and it is somewhat organized.Customers dislike that the latest update made it extremely difficult to log in on a small device such as a phone. The Church Trac logo now blocks the login information so they can't see what they are typing. They are not able to adjust the screen size or information in the software. The limited number of characters makes it very challenging to give enough information about the prayer request. 150 characters is just not enough. There were other things that were changed in the update as well, such as "offering" changing from being an income to being put under expenses, which doesn't make sense.

Customers like that ChurchTrac has everything for a complete management system, from accounting to parishioner database to register events. The price is lower than any other equivalent system with great service.The only con is that customers have to have a Stripe account to accept payments/donations. ChurchTrac doesn't allow for any other options at this time.
