Users like the patient registration task list and the grouping feature in the scheduling tab. However, the appointment scheduling feature is not user-friendly as it brings users back to today's date when switching providers.

Users find Centricity Practice Solution too complex and not an out-of-the-box solution. Users need to purchase products from other vendors to make it a complete EMR, and these different components require their own maintenance and will often break down after an upgrade is installed. The product is difficult to use for team-based care, and there is no search capability within the main part of the EMR. Users find the e-prescribing feature to be subpar. The product support is better now that athena owns the product, but users are still dissatisfied and are looking to switch to Epic. The product does the bare minimum - allows users to document and bill for their work, schedulers to schedule, billers to bill.
