Careficient is a cloud-based agency management system for home health, hospice, private duty, and therapy agencies. It manages employees, payroll, scheduling, referral sources, patients, doctors’ orders, eligibility, electronic visit verification (EVV), OASIS forms, HIS, automated invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and payers all from one interface. It also stores employee information and automatically schedules and matches associates to patients based on disciplines, territories, and compliance requirements. The system creates invoice and payroll records as soon as the visit occurs and is verified.
