PROS

We accept many different payment types, and BluIQ allows us to keep track of them all. The most demanding part of finding the right software was ensuring it could track memberships in automated and manual modes, such as when the expense was made via bank transfer.

BluIQ is an excellent option for large and small SaaS industries and web-based companies. The software has every function a business could want for handling periodic payments. It integrates with numerous monetary gateways. Given the abundance of tools and settings, the interface remains usable and intuitive.

The platform has evolved and expanded steadily over the past few years. The problem has been solved in its entirety thanks to BluLogix's efforts. They keep you in the loop about updates and respond quickly and entirely to your issues.

Building and creating a custom quotation document and sending it directly to the client without hassle. The subscription management lets all the data about the client be stored at at the cloud.

Invoice discovery and cycle reversal are two features I appreciate. BL can make my previously laborious tasks completely automatic. In terms of person-hours, this saves my business several thousand bucks.

The CPQ(configure-price-quote) is the most valuable tool, as I can easily bill different customers with different billing details using the feature. Customers are only billed for the service they use month-by-month basis.

Sending and managing billing to customers and client is the easiest with BluIQ. The reason is that they have all the tools to create a custom billing and recurring subscription in the software.

BluIQ has extensive tools that let me manage my organization's difficult and confusing billing package. Every client has customized billing details, and no standard invoice can be applied to them.

CONS

Without the assistance of the help desk, invoices are almost impossible to change. Backdating a statement or changing the amount owing should be easy, but it can take a while and requires assistance.

While the initial setup may seem daunting, it is an indispensable step. The bad quality and high number of errors made by support have significantly affected our company.

As of right now, there have been zero issues. Both customer service and tech assistance are lightning-fast. Using all their services is costly, but they provide various choices.

Not many issues with the platform. One of the things that I hope they will improve is with the usage rating pricing scheme that is not to accurate in reading the actual usage by the client.

I would love to see a fast method to submit a lot of data, but that's something other than what my company does with BLX. We could use an upload feature.

BluIQ is a complex billing and subscription platform that needs extensive training and attending to the webinars to fully understand how to work and perform with the software.

Not much to write here except for the confusing pricing scheme and schedule.

The onboarding process is long, and the learning curves are steep. It is because the customization steps are very detailed and need extra attention.
