The problem that Beaver solves is that unnecessary and systematic communications that have to happen between property managers and accountants. Currently, the flow is such as property manager (internal or external) collects rent or pays vendors and keeps the record and at the end of month, needs to communicate with the bookkeeper or accountant every month to record which tenant paid on time and who is not paying on time and if all the accounting information is properly updated. They use multiple softwares in combination of property management softwares and accounting softwares but Beaver solves all the issues as seamless as possible with one software.
