The company is receptive to end user suggestions and implements changes accordingly. The support staff is excellent and responsive. The texting feature and direct interfaces with suppliers improve communication and efficiency.The interface with tire suppliers is not as efficient as with parts stores.

The software works as it should sometimes.The online version still has issues with being locked out of tickets, system downtime during busy periods, poor vehicle selection menu, lack of automatic capitalization for customer information, and difficulty carrying forward quotes to new invoices. Printing can also be problematic.
