Users love the routing feature and the ability to alter routes on the spot. The upload feature is fantastic and the system allows you to add additional client data that you can use as a sorting and color coding tool. This tool is most useful in advance travel planning.The recent price increase was hard to justify to managers. There are some flexibility issues when trying to create a route. Users wish they could use the optimize tool with more flexibility by building in appointments and working around set appointments. Users also wish they could make some accounts 'invisible' so that they could dial into a specific area with the lasso without selecting every single account.
