We set up an appointment with the decision maker by doing the groundwork, calling the prospect, educating him about your products & offerings, understanding the interest level of the prospect, getting an explicit agreement from the prospect for a half an hour slot for a discussion with your sales person on your sales rep calendar. Our agent will also be on the call to hand over the call to your sales rep so he/she knows the background of the call and both parties know what to expect (that it is a sales call).
