  AutoCAD is much easier than working on paper, saves time, and is simple to use. New versions are very similar to the previous ones, except for new small functions. The configuration to print a drawing in AutoCAD in different formats is very easy. AutoCAD has been linked to multiple platforms, with the benefit of being able to export and import files of all kinds.The main disadvantage is the high cost of the program. Knowing how to use the software fully requires a lot of time. It requires a very powerful computer to work with the latest versions (especially in 3D). There are better software to make 3D drawings that are more sophisticated, with more functions and that do not slow down so much when working with a very heavy file.

  AutoCAD's functions and design are intuitive. Its flexibility is unmatched as it allows me to draft a myriad of drawings and design with relative ease and precision.Since it isn't particularly a mining software, it lacks the functions that are a staple for any mining software, like computation of grades from block models and such. To adapt to this problem, we have to use excel or other similar software for the calculations specific to mining.

  It allows for ease and accuracy of drafting. I am able to compute for volumes and visualize plans before it can commence.None mentioned.
