    Remote monitoring and patch management of Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Provides alerts for errors and offline machines. Offers a connection to a computer via AnyDesk if there's an issue with Splashtop.Limited asset management. No Dark mode for the UI. Integrations with other products like Bitdefender and Axcient are just links to the other web portals.

    The price point for this product is excellent.Constant issues in the past few months. Cannot use remote frequently, it fails consistently since January 2019. Customer support is responsive in a canned response kind of way.
