High - rated users

Easy to use, Incredibly functional, Excellent Communication capabilities from the phone center to the invoicing, Excellent customer support.Some things that should be part of the system are not getting updated. In particular I have been asking for a link on Mobile Crew to the Maintenance file so that Un billlable hours can be applied to equipment or any other item when the crew is not working.

We signed up a year ago on the basis that an Integration with Xero accounting was going to happen within 2 months.The xero Integration still hasnt happened and when we asked for a refund we were told that they would not refund anything - waste of time and money.
