Customers like the platform's layers but dislike the lack of wizardry set up for workflows and the inability to delete an Application Workflow if there are current candidates in that workflow. Customers also dislike the inability to block a user from seeing their own interview notes after they are hired. A lot of layers to the platform that allow you to tailor the workload of candidates to suit your unique needs.Lack of wizardry set up for workflows. Not highly intuitive, must remember all the fields in different areas of the software to modify before you can design your workflows. There is no automation connectivity between these fields. It takes a lot of training to understand proper set up since there are a lot of settings options. Also, you cannot delete an Application Workflow if there are current candidates in that workflow AND there is not a way to see which candidates are active in that workflow so you can reassign them to another workflow and delete the older one you want to get rid of. There isn't a way to block a user from seeing their own interview notes, etc. after they are hired. e.g., we hired an HR manager and they naturally are now an admin in ApplicantStack. They can see their interview notes. Also, e.g., we hired a Sr. Manager and they now are a 'hiring manager' in ApplicantStack, but we can't block him from seeing his interview notes and comments from interviewers. This could be disastrous to the employee relationship if they misinterpret someone's comments in the interview notes or commentary / ratings in ApplicantStack.

Customers like the ability to make their own questions and e-mail applicants directly from the program but dislike the program's tendency to lose or lock out applicants easily. Customers also dislike the program's restrictions on the number of administrators and the inability to print or edit forms once they are submitted. Customers want more help and support from the company. I like that the program allows us to make our own questions and we can e-mail applicants directly from the program.I do not like that applicant's get lost or locked out easily. When I transfer an employee sometimes they get lost. I have to call the corporate office to find the new employee and they have to re-set them before I can move on. Also we have 6 locations and for some reason we are only allowed to have 4 administrators. I do the hiring here and I do not have the capability to print or edit forms once they are submitted. I do not have the capability to change things that are specific to our company with out it affecting the rest of the companies. We have tired to give rights to everyone and application stack wont let us. We need to have more people be able to access everything and I feel like this program is very restrictive. We have tried and failed to get more license and managers but it doesn't work. I would like someone to call us here at our location and help explain how we can use application stack to better fit our company. We would also like general help, a tutorial, someone to answer our questions and help with basic functions.
