Customers found the terminology and dashboard navigation to be complex and confusing. Billing was also not transparent.

Customers appreciated the free tier for startups and the low latency of IP addresses and DNS servers. However, some improvements are needed, as the new dashboard can sometimes freeze when using Firefox. AWS Cloud is solving the problem of server hosting and minimizing costs for personal and client-based projects.
