Chat and internal team calls worked seamlessly and were easy. I like that it was backed by such a great tech company as well so you figured it had to be good.It truly was very hard to explain to guests joining a meeting how to get into it and then how to download to be able to share screen. It just wasn't self explanatory or easy.

It is very convenient to reach out to our peers through Amazon chime. It is really secure to use.You can connect with anybody who works for Amazon from around the globe. It is so far the best platform for meetings and connecting with your collegues.You cannot unsend a message once you send them. I feel a delete button is neccessary since you are in an office enviornment and any messages that was sent by mistake should be deleted.
