Easy to use, has good functions, and easy for multiple people to use at the same time. I like the option to have a remote desktop and use it anywhere.Does not offer enough features. If I am using it heavily all day, the system will stop responding and crash.

I like that the overall system is pretty user friendly so I was able to learn it pretty quickly and train my team as well.I don't like that every time you email customer service, they usually always just send you a link. I personally am always very busy so sometimes I would like to just contact someone live who is trained to walk me through the problem I have or they can tell me alternative reports I can be running to get the information that I need.

The system is very slow and outdated. The customer service is terrible and unresponsive. The reporting is not customizable and the system crashes frequently.
