High - rated users

AIM is great for instrument rental contracts and has been reliable since 2004.There is a steep learning curve and some steps can be frustrating. Email notifications for declined payments would be helpful.

Low - rated users

AIM has a good feature set for rent-to-own businesses and excellent support staff.The user interface is poorly implemented with inconsistent use of Tab and Enter keys. Naming conventions for reports are not standard. Back end modules are lacking and reinventing the wheel is not a good use of programming effort.
