Our Professional Services team implements our software, so no need for a 3rd party implementer. We offer both Cloud and On-Premise deployment options. The choice is yours.
Accessing screens, reports, and other system functionality are all User Rights which are assigned within CCS OMS. Anything a User would be allowed to view, modify, print, select, or anything else is considered a ‘Right’.
When a defined group of Users is assigned the same system access Rights, this is referred to as User Role.
The User Role name is usually based on a specific job function (manager, call center support, order entry representative, administrator, etc.).
