You can always tell when communicating with the support team that the culture and overall vibes of the company are exactly what you want in a happy and successful team!.The pricing of the platform (particularly the new pricing they silently launched a month or two ago) has 10x'd what their previous offerings were. It was a bit of a shock, but was relieved by support team to find out that they are grandfathering in existing accounts to their old pricing model.
