Swoogo is very flexible and allows us to meet the needs of our many clients. Swoogo makes creating up events very easy, has many options allowing us to customize our builds based on each client's needs, is constantly being updated and has more features than most other products. Reporting is very easy. Customer service is the best and very responsive!.Would like to see the integrated App more feature-rich so I can use it for my clients. If you need a more simple app it is very inexpensive and will work great.

There are some things that, from a user perspective, don't make sense. For instance, not being able to move something from one place to another (I'm looking at you, email templates) or having multiple places to update one thing. However, when users voice those concerns, Swoogo listens and updates when and how they can.

When Swoogo says that they care about customer feedback and support, they mean it. I know that if I send in a support ticket I'm getting a response within minutes and it is likely someone who already knows my name.
