The intelligent routing module helps with routing
It is very complete software for the pest control industry. Has very detailed reports.
scheduler is nice, linking of documents.
You can essentially customize it to fit your needs. We have scaled it considerably with different locations, different service plans and thousands of customers.
The work orders being printed/not printing where clients do not get serviced on regularly basis
The software seems to be very old, and it is not intuitive or friendly at all. It is full of text, confuse and I assure you that over 50% of the options are things that you will never use. Our team spent over 25 hours in training and implementation, which is unacceptable for software and apps in the 21 century. The app looks like it was created 10 years ago, and it is complicated to use. The on-field reports are not uploaded automatically, nothing is automatic, you have to actually open a bunch of screens before uploading succesfully the information to the server. Our expectations with servsuite were to be a tool that makes work more manageable, but it was the other way. Before using servsuite, work went more fluently and definitelly quicker. Barcoding does not works well. My suggestion is that If you are thinking of hiring software for pest control, consider a more adapted to the actual (2021) needs in mobile and desktop apps.
emails are constant issue, updates cause problems with no warning, customer service has taken a backseat since company has grown
The mobile app has never operated properly and often fails altogether. The online software generally works but there are quirks and bugs that pop up consistently.
