Purplepass is the best ticket company in the United States to deal with. The customer service level is awesome. Easy to use event set up with custom ticket printing for the event. Day of the event software is easy to use & you have your funds for the event on within a few days.We have had no problems with the software, once we learned how to work it properly.

Monitored how many students and their guests were interested in attending graduation.Not able to make "promo code" or "coupon code" read to "Student ID" for our graduation ceremonies. Wish we could control the process in which students would try to use their friends ID's to obtain tickets. Some students may have ordered only 2 of the 4 tickets given, but later needed another ticket. That student should be able to come back to the site and obtain the remaining tickets.

Purplepass has been a dream to work with for every ticketed event we’ve done in the past 6+ years! From the start, they are always available to help build out your event page and integrate it into your website, if need be. Ticket types are fully customizable and easy to manage, and the tools offered to communicate with attendees are extremely useful! Day-of box office features, including ticket scanners and/or mobile app makes it easy to keep track of attendees and search orders. Customized reporting helps you make the most of analyzing post-event data. I can’t thank PurplePass enough for making my life as an event producer so much easier!.I'm anxiously awaiting the updated PurplePass platform- I love the Beta version, but I would like to see a more refined back-end. Also, I see other platforms offer more marketing options. This is not a necessity for most event producers who have their own marketing campaigns, but it's nice to have a seamless marketing tool on your ticketing platform.
