The UI is very useful and easy to understand. I like that style of popups and the total experience of creating new popups. Also analytics part was great to conduct A/B test in our end. As we are very page-speed obsessed agency, when we migrate solution to our clients, we also measured TTFB of the server and it is great to see that it is very fast solution for not creating any blocker for frontend.It was painful to migrate my previous popup while making onboarding. I wish to have dedicated account specialist can take care of migration of our setup.

Saved a lot of time using pre templates. Easy to embed the code. Support was always friendly & helpful.The software was good, it just didn't have some of the capabilities that we needed it to such as a multi-step campaign. I was advised that this feature will be coming in Q4, so that's great. The pre templates are great, but I'd also like to have more flexibility in designing current templates or building from scratch.

I think it was easy enough to get a basic popup live with the product.It's shockingly unstable. It stopped sending leads to our system by webhook from day to another. These leads are critical to our business, and unfortunately we didn't notice the bug until 20 days later. Tried contacting the support in order to get it fixed ASAP, but they have still not yet replied more then 24 hours later. No other option than to move to another service.
