The best part is pricing it's lower than informatica, it is best tool for data cleaning and merging data from different sources like cloud and onpremises.
The service support is quiet Prompt. And the interface for tool is also friendly and Intuitive.
The software gets bugs with new updates and sometimes hangs up while fetching a huge amount of data. This makes analysis reporting a tedious task. The issue is rare.
I have worked on this and didn't get bigger issue ,one thing I notice if it could be available in regional languages also so many other can understand easily.
Lack of compatibility with certain scenarios.
