IFTTT is great for managing connections to multiple devices and apps. The ability to have your home lights turn on when you arrive, or have the AC turn on at a specific time every day are all really cool and useful tasks that IFTTT performs perfectly.IFTTT lags behind when it comes to multistep workflows the kind that Zapier, Integromat can handle quite easily. But what it does do, it does very well.
