Factmata uses AI to identify similar opinions being shared across multiple social media platforms and in online news, blogs and forums. Where we detect similar opinions we cluster those opinions together to form 'narratives' and the AI generates a sentence which summarises the meaning of the narrative. In this way you can understand instantly what is being said about a brand or topic and track how that conversation changes over time. We also identify influencers engaging in those narratives and provide targeted sentiment analysis capable of determining the intent of the influencers and audiences more broadly.
