Registration integration with EventsAIR. You can download all reviewer comments/scores easily. Setup is very simple straightforward. Only one login required for authors for whole abstract, paper and presentation submission.We have had issues with eOrganiser in the past not working which has impacted our timelines. Occasionally slow response from team when issues arise. The program builder can be glitchy at times.

I love that it reduces the amount of work and follow-up I need to do during the submission and review process. It collects a range of data, is fully customisable and helps our clients capture all the essential information up-front. I also like the reporting functionality which makes it very easy to manage program and speaker logistics throughout the process.I would like it if this product was integrated with other tech products fully - i.e. EventsAIR. The APIs are good but it requires a bit of manual updating at the moment which could be streamlined down the track.
