The flexibility it provides when it comes to creating a pop-up (CTA) is nothing short of amazing. There are 20+ layouts to choose from, it's possible to save user profiles, can switch between light/dark themes, full screen or not, etc. Their chat support is very responsive, never had to wait more than a minute to get a problem solved.The user interface is a bit clunky and can get unresponsive at times. They're pushing out "Convertflow 2.0" as I'm writing this, but I'm yet to test it myself. I would assume they fixed the said clunkiness though.

The templates are great, and the broadcast feature is really nice for creating timed campaigns. I also really like integrations such as WordPress and ActiveCampaign. Using tagging (CF's built-in tags) or those from AC is a great feature for showing CTAs conditionally.Unfortunately, the platform is not always the most user-friendly. There are still a lot of kinks to work out, the editor can be buggy, and there's a lot of complexity in actually testing and making sure CTA's work as they should. I have been using CF for years, and unfortunately, I still have to contact support nearly every time I use it, and I work in the web development industry. I cannot imagine what the experience is like for a typical user with not much tech experience. We've also had problems with CF loading custom fonts on clients' websites. It slows things down, and the "Your site font" setting never seems to save. It really does pain me to say all this because I think this is a great company with a great product; it just needs more ironing out. The support team is responsive and very helpful, and there is a wealth of great support docs, but I don't want to have to contact support or search for an answer every time I use the platform. They've made some stellar improvements over the years, though, and I am sure there is more to come.

Has all the basic components for an amazing lead collection tool Offers various survey, forms, landing pages and embedding options It tries to provide a lot of flexibility in creation and deployment.The creation of these surveys, forms and landing pages is riddled with bugs, and the bugs have persisted without fix for the full time I have used the software, which is probably just over a year. It is not unusual to have their server fail and cause additional delays and problems. What has happened more recently is much more troubling. Their customer support has ground to a complete stand still. Problems that used to take minutes to resolve have now stretched into days. For me this is a sure sign of the beginning of the end unless they can move a number of developers into support and keep their existing base of customers functional.
