Some of the benefits of BOSCO can be seen in our ability to plan for the future with confidence, using tools that help us predict where we will be in the future and plan accordingly without the need for guesswork and taking risks. The forecast shows predicted revenue and cost which can be narrowed down to specific channels which is helpful.
Our weekly reporting is made much easier with the integrated dashboard that combines all my channels into one place. It's also great to be able to compare my website to my competitors in my industry using Bosco. The software identifies ten opponents across my market and scores them using the BOSCO Index tool, this helps us to see how we are performing in the industry each month.

BOSCO is excellent for having a concise but detailed overview of multi-channel performance, e.g. affiliate performance, paid social performance etc. Moreover, it is incredibly versatile, intelligent and efficient, which improves the user journey significantly. I use BOSCO for analysing Paid Social & Affiliate performance. Analysis has been made much easier since the data is pulled from Google Analytics and compiled into easily digestible information.

The date defaults to the last 7 days but sometimes the data for the previous day isn't uploaded yet.
It would be great if you could add your own data connectors independently. Currently you have to email the support team to action this for you however, this isn’t too bad as they are very responsive and supportive.
It would be slightly better if we could have updates sent directly by SMS or whatsapp
Sometimes the platform can be slightly slow in pulling data across from Google Analytics; however, there could be other contributing factors from Google Analytics.
I think having an option to change attribution windows or add in different models, similar to other reporting platforms e.g. GA would increase the platform's effectiveness.
It helps us to hold to account our marketing agency and helps us ask questions of them, however our agency use Bosco anyway and recommend it to others so awkward questions are avoided and a constructive dialogue results.
It would be great to get more email notifications when things have changed or optimisations need to be made. This might be a setting we can change. But having more proactive emails or messages would be good.

Some additional components of the dashboard could be added to continually improve the metrics
